DETECTIVE COMICS #684 VOL. 1 HIGH GRADE DC COMIC BOOK E67-75

"Penguin Pt.2 Batman had Nico Vanetti tied up inside a morge chamber in the old-established CGPD Forensic Annex; in order to make him speak about the next robbery plan. Nico wouldn't say anything and Batman left the man there for another day. Meanwhile at the Hospital, Harvey Bullock came out of coma and Renee Montoya along with Mackenzie Bock visit him. At that moment, The Prenguin was reviewing the plan once again. In some place of the city; Black Mask began to recover all the lost territory in Gotham City; and Batman got a confession from Nico Vanetti; the robbery was going to be at daylight in the flower show to prevent Batman from showing up. The Penguin managed to infiltrate a giant-sized penguin made out of flowers to the flower show. The people were enjoying the exhibition and even a weird looking man that asked too many questions. Once inside, the Penguin's henchmen got out from the flower penguin and start taking the charity money to a van when suddenly the lights went off and it started to rain. Someone activated the artificial night and the simulated rain and the clothes of the weird man along with some prosthesis were across the floor. Just then Batman appeared to stop the thugs from stealing the money. The police arrested the crooks and someone made an anonymous call to the police telling them the location of Nico Vanetti. When Batman confronted the Penguin, he actually forced The Actuary to confess that the plan was his idea and that the Penguin has nothing to do with it. Penguin told the Actuary to beware in Blackgate as bad thing may happen in there."
